Sweet&Chilli were tasked with activating and showcasing the Maker’s Mark ‘Change Makers’ trade advocacy program for International Women’s Day.

An event celebrating the revolutionary power of women in the drinks industry, it centred around 3 key pillars: burn the recipe, flavour with purpose, and make & mend.

In partnership with Women’s Aid, Naomi Network, Womankind Worldwide, and Equality Now, the event championed inclusivity and progress in hospitality—fostering conversation, collaboration, and positive change.

Sweet&Chilli delivered a flawlessly executed event, seamlessly bringing together education, creativity, and meaningful conversation. Their expertise in event operations ensured everything—from engaging workshops to impactful talks—ran smoothly, creating an inspiring and immersive experience. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence made this activation truly stand out.
