Establishing Baileys Chocolate as the ultimate adult treat.

For the launch of Baileys Chocolate, we created a serve strategy melding classic cocktails, dessert flavors, and nostalgia into something entirely new.

Before the product even hit the market, we conceptualized 12 original serves designed to showcase Baileys Chocolate’s rich, creamy profile in unexpected ways. Once the liquid was available, we refined and perfected the recipes, capturing them in a custom photoshoot that set the visual tone for the brand’s launch. These serves now live across Baileys’ brand materials, defining how the product is mixed and enjoyed.

To make an impact beyond the glass, we executed the serves at the NYC media launch, incorporating elements of serve theater—smoking cocktails, and playful presentation—to create a splash as indulgent as the liquid itself.
