For Seedlip’s serve strategy, we worked directly with key trade to develop a data-driven approach to on-premise success. Through trade roundtables and internal R&D sessions, we gathered “insider insights” that informed a tiered serve strategy for all SKUs, aligning with Diageo’s account framework.

We built a structured naming system, outlined clear use occasions, and provided a roadmap for successful implementation across menus.

With this strategy, Seedlip is equipped with serves designed not just to fit into menus but to thrive—meeting the needs of bartenders, guests, and the evolving non-alc category.
